"Tell us a bit about Paul Martin & Sons?"
"So many of our competitors today are multi-store [businesses]... who knows who the actual owners of the business are? Today, if you want to talk to our owner, you can pull in and Doug and Ted are here." - Todd Kahrs, PM&S

"How does the AirFLEX NXT's ability to cut lower and adapt to terrain transition to better yields and more profit?"
“I’m going to start out with a [demo] experience that I had. I had a grower who had a new combine with a 50ft head. He opened up the field with his existing head, then we set that head aside, put on the Honey Bee head, went to the field and started cutting. We’re cutting along, he comes to a stop, looks at me and he asks me ‘Can you tell me why we’re in the exact same beans, in the exact same field, planted the exact same day, everything is the exact same, the only thing we changed is the head - why did we pick up 2 bu/ac more with the AirFLEX NXT?'. With the low cutting head, the guards and everything that we have, we can cut so much lower than the others.” - Todd Kahrs
"What is a farmer hoping to see from a demo?"
"The first thing that he’s really wanting to see is, how is it going to work for him. What makes the Honey Bee different, what makes the Honey Bee better than what he’s currently using. There’s no better way to know if it’s going to work for you than to give it a try." - Todd Kahrs

"When it comes to supporting the Honey Bee header, what kind of service and support will they get from PM&S?"
"I will say one thing from working with Paul Martin and Sons is that they always have parts in stock. So in that downtime, there are parts here readily available and they're willing to travel a little ways to get to you to keep you moving." - Lance Nelson, Honey Bee Manufacturing

Key Features

Cab-adjustable Skid Shoes
In flex mode, the skid shoes achieve a consistent stubble height of 0” to 8” and can be easily adjusted from the cab of your combine.

Improved Airbag Orientation
A new design applies consistent force for better floatation throughout the full flex range and reduced wear on cutterbar and skid shoes.

Low Cut Knife System
The Low Cut Knife System ensures a smooth transition between knife and draper, provides powerful cutting action and increased durability, and is considered by many to be the lowest cutting knife in the industry.

Fully Flexible Cutterbar
Controlled by air, the independently-suspended cutterbar is light, fast-reacting and infinitely adjustable.
